Official terms of enrollment, standard liability provisions, fiscal disclaimers, and data protection policies for Lobo Lowe LLC.
1) Studio Policy & Private Agreement
Cancellation & Rescheduling Covenant
To protect our shared commitment to practice and support a consistent schedule, a strict 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule any private lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or unexcused missed lessons cannot be refunded or made up.
Participation & Liability Waiver
By participating in private lesson modules, studio classes, or collaborative ensemble workshops, parents and adult students assume full responsibility for physical safety and personal equipment. Lobo Lowe LLC and its instructors are not liable for accidental injury, instrument damage, or personal property loss on studio premises or during virtual synchronizations.
Creative Photo & Video Release
By default, enrollment in our workshops and camps grants Lobo Lowe LLC permission to capture and utilize session photographs, audio samples, or video recordings solely for artistic documentation, educational analysis, or online program marketing. Families may explicitly opt-out of this media release in writing at any time before or during the session.
Payment Obligations & Membership Model
Private instruction runs on an annual studio enrollment and monthly retainer structure. Monthly lesson retainers are flat-rated, non-refundable, and due in full by the 1st of each calendar month. Missed scheduling allocations due to teacher performance or travel requirements will be rescheduled or systematically credited.
2) Fiscal Sponsorship Disclaimer
Fractured Atlas Partnership
Lobo Lowe LLC is a fiscally sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Contributions for the charitable purposes of Lobo Lowe LLC must be payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
3) Form Privacy & Data Protection
Data Integrity & Privacy Note
We respect your privacy. Any personal information (including names, telephone numbers, and email accounts) collected via our online query interfaces or application portals is utilized solely for internal student scheduling, progress evaluation, and administrative updates from David Lowe Bass Studio. We never share, trade, lease, or distribute your private information to third-party commercial databases.
